Originally from Puerto Rico, Jennie moved to the US to complete her Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering and has since held leadership roles across manufacturing, quality, and business COO, culminating as VP of Global Recruiting and Talent Acquisition for Eli Lilly. Jennie's superpower is her authenticity, drawing strength from her Latina heritage, passions, and motherhood. She is an Amazon best-selling author of "Intentional Unicorn," an international speaker, and has an impressive parallel career as a dancer, fitness instructor, and NFL cheerleader. Jennie has served on multiple boards, including Genesis Research and LCA (Latino Career Advancement), and has been recognized as 2020 Working Mother of the Year and 2024 Woman of Making History by Telemundo Indy. After many years of working hard to hide her unicorn horn she realized that that’s where magic takes place. She is now proud of being an intentional unicorn and empowers all to do the same.
